Every impression and scan is reviewed for manufacturing suitability. We may request updated records, require a new impression, decline a case, or recommend that you consult a licensed dentist before fabrication.
Digital scans must accurately reflect your current teeth and dental work. Do not submit a previous scan if you have experienced tooth movement, active orthodontic treatment, new restorations, extractions, implants, dental pain, or other material changes since the scan was taken.
If your appliance doesn't fit comfortably within 30 days, we'll work with you to make it right at no charge — most fit issues are resolved with a quick, free in-lab adjustment.
